The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Bengali Music and Lyrics AI Evaluation Expert to assess generative music AI outputs in Bengali and English. You will combine language expertise, musical knowledge, and careful comparison of generated material with published songs.

This is remote contract work with a flexible commitment. Most experts work around 20 hours per week, with no cap, for up to 6 months. The current pay rate is $11 to $19 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will review AI-generated music and lyrics against detailed evaluation criteria. The work requires close attention to language, musical context, originality, and meaningful similarities to published material.

• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs and identify meaningful similarities.
• Rate lyrics for quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality.
• Judge whether lyrics sound natural, including word choice, slang, and regional expressions.
• Apply consistent quality standards across a wide range of musical genres.
• Evaluate generated music using headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Required Skills and Experience

You should have native or near-native Bengali proficiency and be able to use slang and regional expressions naturally. You must also be able to follow detailed written instructions in English and apply evaluation criteria consistently.

Professional or substantial experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist is required, along with knowledge of the Bengali music scene and its language conventions.
