OpenTrain AI is the platform where people start and grow careers in AI training and data labeling. We connect contractors with specialist audio, text, and multimodal projects, let contributors build a verified portfolio, and manage work and payments in one place.
Why AI training matters
AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human work behind how modern AI systems learn to understand language and speech. Contributors transcribe audio, correct machine outputs, add annotations and metadata, and provide quality feedback — work that directly shapes model behavior.
This field is a fast-growing, flexible way to work in tech: most projects are 100% remote, let you choose your hours, and are accessible to people with language fluency and attention to detail. Specialist skills can unlock higher-paying tasks.
The role
We are recruiting Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) transcription and annotation specialists to produce high-accuracy transcriptions, correct machine-generated transcripts, add metadata and annotations, and provide quality feedback on language data. You will handle MSA audio that may contain nuanced or context-dependent phrasing and must capture linguistic detail accurately.
What you'll do
Daily tasks combine careful listening, text editing, and structured tagging. Work is remote and performed as contracted, part-time hours.

Identify contextual information and linguistic nuances such as register, dialectal influence, or code-switching where present.
Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive or proprietary content.
Provide clear written feedback on data quality and annotation edge cases.

Candidates must meet the core language and quality expectations below. This is an entry-level friendly role but requires demonstrable transcription skill and attention to detail.
