You will review multiple AI-generated written responses and assess how well they meet defined standards. Your work will help improve AI systems by showing where responses are clear, accurate, useful, well supported, and appropriate for their audience.
You will work independently and collaborate asynchronously through digital content review platforms. Careful records and clear reasoning are important in this role.
- Compare AI-generated written responses for clarity, tone, helpfulness, and instruction-following.
- Apply rubrics and guidelines to assign analytical quality scores.
- Write detailed rationales that explain each assessment and cite evidence for your decision.
- Identify factual errors, internal inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and problems that affect reliability or usability.
- Recognize responses that sound fluent but lack support, or that are comprehensive but impractical for the intended audience.
