About AI Training and Data Labeling
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People help modern AI systems improve by writing prompts, evaluating model responses, checking tool use, reviewing safety behavior, and preparing examples that guide how systems interact with users and external services.
This work is remote and often flexible, allowing contributors to participate in cutting-edge AI projects while developing practical experience in evaluation, policy, and quality assurance.
The Role
OpenTrain AI is hiring an AI Prompt and Policy Specialist to improve how AI systems interact with tools, APIs, and users across multiple locales.
