The Role

OpenTrain AI is hiring an AI Behavioral Analysis Expert for a specialized AI training project. You will analyze text, audio, and video to identify behavioral cues, create detailed annotations, and evaluate whether AI-generated responses accurately and appropriately interpret human behavior.

This is a remote, part-time contractor project expected to run for approximately eight weeks. The schedule is about 20 or more hours per week, and pay ranges from $20 to $70 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Analyze text, audio, and video data for behavioral cues, including tone, gestures, and speech patterns
• Create detailed annotations and explanations to help train AI models on nuanced human behavior
• Develop scenario-based training materials using real-world behavioral expertise
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness
• Collaborate with project leads to refine annotation guidelines and maintain quality
• Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions

Requirements

You should have practical experience in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater or acting coaching, or another field involving careful behavioral observation. The role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to explain subtle interpersonal signals precisely.

• Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, acting, coaching, or a related field
• Ability to identify subtle changes in tone, speech, body language, and gestures
• Experience creating scenario-based training materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to produce detailed annotations with careful attention to nuance
• High standards for quality and accuracy
• Comfort working independently in a remote digital environment
