About AI training and voice work
AI training is the human side of building intelligent systems — people provide the examples, recordings, and feedback that teach models to understand and generate natural speech. Voice recordings and acting performances are especially important for teaching models nuance, emotion, diction, and character.
This is accessible, remote work that directly influences how state-of-the-art voice-enabled systems speak and perform. Many projects accept part-time contributors; specialist skills (like professional acting or dialects) are highly valued.
