Video Data Annotation Editor

You will prepare video data that AI systems can learn from. The role combines professional video editing judgment with careful annotation, metadata entry, and media organization.

You will work with project managers and technical leads to answer questions, clarify requirements, and document editorial decisions.

• Annotate and curate video data using Avid Media Composer workflows.
• Review, label, and segment video sequences according to project guidelines.
• Add accurate metadata and context to video assets.
• Organize media for clarity, consistency, accessibility, and version control.
• Apply broadcast and film post-production practices to AI training assignments.
• Provide written feedback that supports model refinement.
• Record editing decisions and communicate clearly about project requirements.

What It Pays And Takes

This is remote contractor work that is suitable for entry- or mid-career video editors and media production professionals. Prior AI training experience is not required.

• Pay: $15 to $80 per hour.
• Work type: Part-time contract work.
