The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking Video Annotation Experts for a project focused on robotics and human-activity video annotation and evaluation. You will review short video clips, assess actions and interactions, and help improve the quality of AI-generated video annotations.

This is an entry-level contractor opportunity for candidates with relevant domain knowledge and strong analytical skills. Prior AI experience is not required.

What You'll Do

You will evaluate short videos against written instructions, defined end states, and project rubrics. You will also document decisions and provide clear feedback about the accuracy and completeness of video actions and annotations.

• Review and analyze clips involving robots or people performing various actions.
• Assess whether video content follows written instructions and directives.
• Determine the accuracy and completeness of actions based on defined end states.
• Compare video samples and identify which better fulfills a specified instruction.
• Refine, correct, or enhance AI-generated video annotations.
• Review action boundaries, descriptions, and feedback points for accuracy.
• Identify subtle differences in movement, object interaction, and action sequences.
• Document observations, decisions, and feedback in clear written English.
• Follow detailed annotation guidelines and evaluation rubrics consistently.
• Maintain a high standard of annotation accuracy and quality.

Requirements

The strongest candidates can observe video content carefully, recognize differences in actions and interactions, and communicate precise decisions in writing. Relevant experience or knowledge matters more than previous work in AI.
