The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Video AI Training Expert to analyze video content, interpret and annotate video datasets, review AI-generated video outputs, and curate diverse samples across genres, formats, and production scenarios. You will document observations clearly and collaborate with researchers and engineers to improve model quality, accuracy, and technical understanding.

This role is listed at the entry level, while requiring extensive professional video experience. Prior AI experience is not required, but familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects is a plus.

What You'll Do

You will combine practical video-production knowledge with careful analysis and written evaluation. Your feedback will help AI teams understand both the technical details and creative qualities of video content.

• Review video content for technical detail, creative technique, and overall quality

• Review AI-generated video outputs for accuracy and adherence to industry standards
• Provide precise and constructive feedback on model performance

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in video editing, filming, special effects, post-production, motion graphics, or VFX
