The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an Urdu Music Production AI Evaluator to assess generative music models through structured expert review. You will listen critically to AI-generated songs, compare musical and production qualities, classify audio characteristics, and provide detailed feedback on generated lyrics and vocals.

What You'll Do

You will make consistent, informed judgments about generated music using detailed quality standards. The work requires careful attention to composition, performance, vocal delivery, prompt adherence, and mixing.

• Compare AI-generated songs head to head for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production or mix quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other relevant musical characteristics.
• Review generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
• Use critical listening to identify strengths and issues in composition, performance, vocal delivery, and mixing.
• Apply detailed evaluation standards consistently across a wide range of genres and musical characteristics.

Requirements

This role is listed as entry level, but it requires relevant professional audio experience and strong Urdu-language ability. You should be comfortable following detailed written instructions in English and making repeatable judgments about music quality.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu
• Strong written English comprehension and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• At least two years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening
• Ability to evaluate music consistently across diverse genres and musical characteristics
