The Role

As an Ubuntu/Linux AI Data Trainer you will complete structured, text-focused data training tasks on a personal Ubuntu/Linux computer. The role is detail-heavy and independent: you will install required applications, follow written guides, record your actions, check for errors, and report unclear instructions or technical issues.

What You'll Do

This project focuses on collecting and preparing text-based training data. Tasks are structured and repeatable; you will be given step-by-step written instructions and asked to document exactly what you do.

• Install required applications and tools on your Ubuntu/Linux computer
• Follow detailed written instructions and execute tasks carefully
• Record your actions while completing tasks (logs, timestamps, or required notes)
• Check your work for mistakes before submission and correct obvious errors
• Identify and report inconsistencies, unclear instructions, or technical issues
• Communicate clearly with project support when you need help

Requirements

You must have a personal computer running Ubuntu/Linux and be comfortable using it as your daily work environment. The role requires independent technical setup and careful, consistent execution of written procedures.

• Regular use of Ubuntu/Linux and experience installing applications or tools
• Ability to follow technical setup instructions independently
• Basic computer literacy and confidence with browser-based tools
• Strong attention to detail and patience with repetitive work
• Reliability, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines
• English language proficiency (work is conducted in English)
