About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People help modern language models improve by preparing examples, checking information, evaluating responses, and explaining which answers are accurate, useful, and well reasoned.
In this role, your research, summaries, analytical answers, and structured feedback will support the development of better-performing language models. It is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI work while using strong language and reasoning skills.
- Support large language model improvement
- Evaluate written material and model responses
- Use human judgment to assess accuracy and reasoning
- Create examples and feedback for analytical tasks
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Turkish AI Content Reviewer to perform multilingual analytical work in English and Turkish. You will work with substantial written content and reasoning scenarios, identify accurate answers, explain the logic behind decisions, and create examples that help models handle analytical tasks more effectively.
The work combines content summarization, online research, claim validation, logical problem solving, question answering, and detailed model feedback. You will need to communicate decisions clearly and apply creative or lateral thinking when problems are ambiguous.
- Languages required: Turkish and English
- Subject matter: Multilingual LLM content evaluation
- Data types: Text
- Core work: Summarization, question answering, and evaluation
- Time requirement: 20+ hours per week
What You’ll Do
You will review and analyze written material, then produce clear outputs that preserve meaning and support reliable model evaluation. Some assignments may involve researching claims online, interpreting data, solving logic problems, or responding to constrained puzzle scenarios.
Accuracy, clarity, and detailed reasoning are important throughout the work. You will provide constructive feedback and annotations that help identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for language model improvement.
- Read substantial content and divide it into logical sections
- Summarize material clearly while preserving its key meaning

- Write accurate answers, explanations, constructive feedback, and detailed annotations
- Apply creative and lateral thinking to ambiguous analytical problems
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Turkish is mandatory for this multilingual analytical work. You should be comfortable understanding substantial English-language material, expressing conclusions clearly, and producing accurate written responses in the required context.
This is an entry-level opportunity, but success requires careful independent work, strong research habits, and the ability to reason through data interpretation, logic, and basic arithmetic. You must have a reliable desktop or laptop and an internet connection.
