What You'll Do

• Run realistic scenarios through AI-supported travel tools and integrated applications.
• Identify incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic outcomes and document their operational implications.
• Provide clear written feedback on usability, platform behavior, and industry-specific requirements.
• Recommend improvements and flag gaps against travel, hospitality, and corporate travel best practices.
• Submit concise, structured input for project coordination and quality review.

Requirements

The foundation for this work is hands-on professional knowledge of travel operations and the platforms used to manage them. You should be able to assess workflow outcomes, recognize operational problems, and explain your reasoning clearly in writing.

• Substantial practitioner experience in travel operations, hospitality management, corporate travel, booking, reservations, or ticketing.
