- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, design, architecture, debugging, and system design.
- Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
- Review model reasoning and explain technical decisions in clear written English.
- Provide detailed feedback that helps improve model performance on software tasks.
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment across repeated review tasks.
What It Pays and Takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity. You should be comfortable working independently and applying evaluation criteria consistently.
- Pay: $245 to $280 per hour.

- Experience: At least one year as a software engineer at a top technology company, including some experience within the past seven years.
