The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking an intermediate Social Media AI Training Expert to review AI-generated social content and strategy outputs, create gold-standard examples, and rate model responses. You will assess clarity, brand voice, platform fit, prompt adherence, CTA effectiveness, compliance risk, and community safety.
The role also involves fact-checking claims when needed and writing precise feedback that improves the quality and reliability of AI-generated social content. This is a part-time contractor opportunity requiring 20+ hours per week.

What You'll Do
You will combine social strategy expertise, platform knowledge, editorial judgment, and clear writing to evaluate and improve AI-generated social content. Your work will include both producing strong reference examples and explaining why one model response is more effective or correct than another.
Review AI-generated social content, strategy outputs, and related responses for quality and fit
Create posts, threads, scripts, content calendars, and strategy notes
Evaluate hooks, structure, messaging, CTA effectiveness, and prompt adherence
Identify issues with brand voice, audience fit, safety, claims, and platform-specific execution
Rank and compare multiple model responses based on effectiveness and correctness
Write clear explanations and model outputs that demonstrate strong social-first writing
Fact-check claims and identify misleading content, policy risks, or community-safety concerns
Requirements
This role is designed for a social media professional who can make nuanced judgments about content quality, audience response, platform conventions, and brand safety. Professional experience and strong written communication are essential.
5+ years of professional social media experience for brands, in-house or agency
Strong understanding of platform mechanics and best practices across major social channels
Ability to craft platform-native hooks, captions, CTAs, and concise storytelling
Experience with content operations, creative briefs, and approval workflows
Strong analytics instincts, including reach, watch time, CTR, saves, shares, and ROAS basics
Minimum C1 English proficiency with excellent written communication and editing skills
Strong social media strategy judgment across major platforms
Experience evaluating brand voice, audience fit, and creative performance
