Small Business AI Response Evaluator

You will assess how well AI chatbots handle realistic small-business situations. Your work will support improvements to AI systems by showing which responses are clear, useful, accurate, and suitable for a specific business context.

• Create realistic business prompts based on defined user goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots in conversations of up to five turns.
• Review responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and business suitability.
• Compare chatbot outputs and provide structured feedback with a final assessment.
• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results.
• Evaluate scenarios involving operations, customer interactions, marketing, market research, and financial planning.
• Work with materials such as spreadsheets, PDFs, images, conversation transcripts, and other business documents.
