About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Small Business AI Response Evaluator to assess how multiple AI chatbots handle realistic business scenarios. You will create prompts based on defined user goals, interact with chatbots in conversations of up to five turns, compare the resulting answers, and provide structured judgments that support AI model improvement. The work focuses on practical small business contexts, including operations, customer interactions, marketing, market research, data analysis, and financial planning.

What you will do
Create realistic business prompts based on defined user goals. Interact with multiple AI chatbots and review their responses. Evaluate clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and fit for the stated scenario. Compare chatbot responses and provide structured feedback. Submit conversation transcripts and final evaluation results. Work with materials such as spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business-related documents.

Required skills
Business ownership experience or strong knowledge of small business operations. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Ability to apply structured evaluation guidelines consistently. Comfort interacting with AI tools and assessing generated content. Access to business-related documents in English.

Helpful background
Experience with day-to-day operations, customer interactions, marketing content, market research, data analysis, or financial planning can help you judge whether chatbot responses are practical and accurate. Familiarity with spreadsheets, PDFs, and images is also useful for evaluating varied business inputs.

Project details
This is a remote, project-based engagement with a defined number of evaluation tasks. Each task includes a multi-chatbot comparison and a final assessment. The work is designed for independent contractors who can bring informed business judgment to AI response evaluation.
