About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human work behind better models: people record, transcribe, and review audio so models understand real speech. This field is a fast-growing way to work in tech with many projects needing native language nuance and real-world fluency.
Many roles are remote and flexible, making them suitable for part-time contractors. Entry-level contributors can often start without prior AI experience; specialized skills like phonetics or recording experience are valued and can increase pay opportunities.

You will record high-quality Singaporean English audio, transcribe and annotate recordings, review AI-generated audio and transcripts for naturalness, and help refine data collection processes. This contractor role is part-time and requires a minimum commitment of 20+ hours per week.
Work is remote and open to contributors worldwide, but you must be a native-level Singaporean English speaker who understands local pronunciation, slang, and linguistic nuance.
