About AI training work (why it matters)

AI training (data labeling/annotation) is the human side of building modern AI: people prepare and review the examples models learn from. For speech-focused systems, high-quality recordings, transcriptions, and linguistic annotations are essential to make models sound natural and accurate for real speakers.

This role places you on the cutting edge of how voice and speech models are built — flexible, remote work that is accessible to many people and often fits part-time schedules.
