The role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Senior Webflow Developer to deliver responsive, production-ready Webflow sites and experiences as a part-time contractor. You will build from Figma, manage CMS and forms, craft interactive animations, implement analytics and technical SEO improvements, and automate common workflows.

• Employment type: Part-time contractor (under 20 hours/week).
• Pay: $35–$50 per hour.
• Location: Remote; applicants worldwide who can work independently in English are welcome.

What you'll do

You will own end-to-end Webflow tasks—turning designs into polished, performant pages and improving site effectiveness through data and automation.

• Build and improve responsive Webflow pages from Figma designs into production-ready sites.
• Manage Webflow CMS collections, forms, embeds, and reusable components.
• Create interactive animations and motion-rich web experiences using modern tools.
• Implement analytics, technical SEO fixes, and conversion rate optimization improvements.
• Automate workflows and integrate Webflow with common web tools and services.

Requirements

We need a proven, hands-on Webflow expert who can work independently and communicate clearly in English. The list below is the minimum you must demonstrate in past work or a portfolio.

• Advanced Webflow development experience, including CMS and responsive builds.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implementation skills.
• Proven ability to convert Figma designs into production-ready pages.
• Familiarity with analytics, technical SEO, performance optimization, and CRO.
• Comfort working independently on remote contractor tasks with strong written communication.
• Experience with motion tools such as GSAP, Three.js, Lottie, or Rive is strongly preferred.
