The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Senior Marketing AI Trainer to create, evaluate, and refine complex marketing tasks and solutions used in AI training. You will apply experienced judgment across brand, product, growth, and integrated marketing.

What You’ll Do
You will create and assess marketing scenarios, recommendations, and solutions while applying rubric standards and feedback from senior review. Your work will span strategic planning, channel evaluation, measurement, and refinement.
Create expert marketing tasks and solutions across brand, product, growth, and integrated marketing.
Develop and evaluate recommendations aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
Assess work involving digital, content, paid media, lifecycle, partnership, and offline channels.
Apply expertise in analytics, attribution, experimentation, customer insights, campaign ROI, and budget allocation.
Refine outputs under senior review and maintain a consistent quality standard.
