What You'll Do
You will turn practical revenue operations experience into clear, defensible input for AI training tasks. The work requires careful analysis, strong documentation, and the ability to explain decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will also contribute written and verbal insights to scenario-based operational training tasks, helping strengthen the quality, scalability, compliance, and cross-functional alignment of the resulting workflows.
Assess and refine CRM data models for sales, customer success, and revenue operations needs
Identify conflicting operational policies, select defensible resolutions, and document tradeoffs
Design and validate SaaS revenue workflows that account for vertical-specific compliance requirements
Diagnose revenue data integrity gaps and support accurate reporting and analytics
Create detailed process walkthroughs based on hands-on system configuration experience
Contribute written and verbal insights to scenario-based operational training tasks
Recommend improvements that strengthen scalability, compliance, and cross-functional alignment
Required Experience and Skills

Sound judgment about what to change, what to preserve, and how to explain each decision
