• Review simulated retail scenarios and operational workflows for accuracy, authenticity, and logical consistency.
• Evaluate content about retail operations, sales processes, and customer service interactions.
• Check AI outputs against retail best practices, industry standards, compliance requirements, and common terminology.
• Assess whether problem-solving and decision-making approaches match real-world retail expectations.
• Explain context-specific retail challenges and recommend improvements to AI-generated content.
• Share detailed retail knowledge clearly in written and verbal formats.

What It Pays and Takes

This role suits someone with practical retail knowledge and the ability to explain operational details clearly. Prior AI training experience is not required.

• Pay: $40 to $70 per hour.
• Work arrangement: Remote, part-time contractor work.
• Location: Open to candidates in the countries specified for this role across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience in retail trade, retail operations, or a related retail area.
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail when reviewing workflows, procedures, and case studies.
