About AI Training and Code Evaluation
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Expert contributors review model-generated content, write high-quality examples, and explain why one answer is stronger than another so AI systems can become more accurate, reliable, and useful.
In this role, your React Native expertise will help evaluate programming responses and create reference solutions for complex mobile engineering problems. AI training work is a fast-growing area of tech that can provide flexible, remote opportunities for people with specialized skills.
Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI-generated technical work
Create examples that help models learn strong engineering practices
Apply professional software development judgment to cutting-edge AI systems
The React Native AI Code Reviewer Role
You will review AI-generated React Native code, mobile app architectures, and technical explanations. Your assessments will consider correctness, clarity, security, performance, reliability, and adherence to the prompt.
The work includes identifying subtle issues across React rendering, state management, navigation, native-module integration, platform-specific behavior, offline functionality, release practices, and mobile application performance.
Review AI-generated React Native solutions for correctness and best practices
Compare multiple AI responses and determine which solution is stronger
Assess technical reasoning, prompt adherence, clarity, security, and reliability
Fact-check claims about React Native, TypeScript, mobile architecture, and platform behavior
What You'll Do
You will combine hands-on mobile engineering experience with clear technical judgment. Alongside evaluating model outputs, you will create reference implementations and step-by-step explanations for challenging React Native tasks.
Your reviews should identify both obvious and hidden weaknesses, including performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, unreliable offline behavior, flawed release workflows, and problems in rendering or native integrations.
Write high-quality reference implementations for complex mobile engineering tasks
Produce clear, step-by-step technical explanations in English
Evaluate rendering, state, navigation, and native-module integration
Identify performance, reliability, testing, and release issues
Review mobile behavior across iOS and Android
Reason about the strengths and weaknesses of AI-generated solutions
Required Qualifications
This role requires strong practical React Native experience and the ability to debug mobile applications across iOS and Android. You should be comfortable explaining technical decisions clearly and evaluating whether an implementation is production-quality.
Prior AI data training, annotation, or evaluation experience is helpful but not required. The core requirement is deep mobile engineering knowledge paired with precise technical communication.
Strong hands-on experience with React Native and modern React
Deep proficiency in TypeScript
Strong React Native debugging experience across iOS and Android
Experience with navigation, native modules, performance tuning, and testing
Ability to evaluate rendering, state, reliability, and release issues
Clear technical writing and model-solution reasoning in English
Familiarity with CI/CD basics
Familiarity with Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, Appium, CocoaPods, and Gradle
Helpful Background
Experience building production mobile applications will help you assess real-world tradeoffs in AI-generated code. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is also helpful for this work.
