The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a PowerPoint task creation and screen recording specialist to produce realistic computer-use examples for AI training. You will design practical presentation workflows, prepare supporting files and assets, document the intended task and outcome, and record yourself completing the work in Microsoft PowerPoint.
This is a remote, hourly contractor role available in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. The role is listed as entry level and requires a commitment of 20 or more hours per week, with rates up to $15 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will create challenging, realistic PowerPoint tasks based on practical business, education, sales, administration, marketing, reporting, or presentation-design scenarios. Each submission should represent a complete and understandable workflow that another reviewer can follow and reproduce.
Create and refine slides using layouts, themes, formatting, charts, images, shapes, SmartArt, tables, speaker notes, animations, and transitions
Work with templates and export workflows
Design reusable templates and maintain consistent branding across slides
Prepare PowerPoint files, images, charts, templates, and other references before recording
Document the task context, starting state, goals, steps, assets, constraints, and expected outcome
Record the complete computer workflow in Microsoft PowerPoint
Review submissions for clarity, realism, completeness, readability, rendering issues, and alignment with quality guidelines
Requirements
You should have hands-on Microsoft PowerPoint experience creating business decks, educational slides, reports, templates, or presentation-design work. Strong working knowledge of the features used to build and refine professional presentations is required.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher is needed to understand instructions and document tasks clearly. High attention to detail, reliability, self-direction, and consistent quality are expected.
Hands-on experience with business, educational, reporting, or presentation-design decks
Strong knowledge of layouts, themes, formatting, charts, tables, images, shapes, animations, speaker notes, and exports
Ability to prepare assets and manage files and software interfaces
Ability to document reproducible steps, assets, starting state, constraints, and expected outcomes in clear English
Ability to produce clear screen recordings and review workflows for completeness and rendering issues
Helpful Background
