About Generative AI Evaluation

The Role

As a Portuguese QA Annotator and Quality Reviewer, you will review and score Portuguese-language data and AI outputs. You will audit completed labels, correct errors, classify text, tag entities and sentiment, and document your decisions in concise reviewer notes.

You will also suggest improvements to guidelines and workflows. The role requires native or C1-level European Portuguese, B2-level English or higher, proven annotation or quality assurance experience, and the ability to review occasional sensitive or safety-related content.

What You'll Do

You will work with web-based tools to review language data and AI-generated content against project instructions. Your feedback should be clear, structured, constructive, and consistent across assignments.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the language, location, experience, and technical requirements below. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, but the role's core experience requirement is at least one year in data annotation, labeling, model evaluation, or quality assurance.

• Current residence in Portugal
• Native or C1 proficiency in European Portuguese
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• At least one year of experience in data annotation, labeling, model evaluation, or QA
• Ability to follow detailed written guidelines and apply consistent rubrics
• Clear, constructive written feedback skills in Portuguese
• Comfort reviewing potentially sensitive content
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection for web-based tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
