About OpenTrain
OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. We help people discover projects, build a unified AI training portfolio, and grow freelance careers working on the human side of modern AI.
We connect skilled contributors with short- and long-term contractor work across the industry, including projects that use real HR materials to teach next-generation language systems.
Why AI training matters
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is how modern models learn from human examples and judgment. Contributors annotate, evaluate, and improve real-world text and documents so AI systems behave accurately and responsibly.
This work is often fully remote and flexible, making it an accessible, cutting-edge way to apply HR expertise to shape how AI understands workplace materials.
