The Role

You will segment recycling images using CVAT alongside the Segment Anything interactor tool. Objects above a specified size threshold must be outlined with polygons, with each individual object distinguished from other items in frames containing multiple objects.

The project will begin with a small amount of work. Additional work may be offered if you demonstrate that you can meet the required speed and accuracy standards.

What You’ll Do

Your main responsibility will be to create accurate polygon annotations for qualifying recycling objects. Careful visual review is important when multiple items appear in the same image.

• Review recycling images in CVAT
• Use the Segment Anything interactor tool alongside CVAT
• Identify objects above the required size threshold
• Outline individual objects with polygons
• Distinguish separate objects within crowded frames
• Maintain the speed and accuracy expected by the project

Requirements

This is an entry-level opportunity. Previous familiarity with CVAT and the Segment Anything interactor tool is advantageous, but no additional requirements are listed.
