The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Pharmacology AI Training Expert to review pharmacological content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance while helping create scenarios, case studies, and datasets for AI model training.
You will evaluate AI-generated answers to pharmacology questions for scientific rigor and clinical adherence. You will also turn complex pharmacology concepts into accessible, training-ready material and document the reasoning behind your recommendations.
The role is listed as entry level, while requiring advanced pharmacology knowledge and an advanced degree or equivalent background. Prior AI or data annotation experience is helpful but not required.

What You'll Do
You will combine scientific review, content development, and structured evaluation to help improve pharmacology-focused AI training data. Your recommendations should be clear, evidence-informed, and grounded in real-world pharmacological practice.
Review pharmacological content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance
Create scenarios, case studies, and datasets for pharmacology model training
Evaluate AI-generated answers for scientific rigor and clinical adherence
Translate complex pharmacology concepts into clear training-ready material
Identify inaccuracies or gaps and suggest data-driven improvements
Document methodologies and rationales for pharmacological decisions and recommendations
Requirements
Applicants should bring advanced pharmacology knowledge across clinical, molecular, or systems areas and be able to assess drug-related information accurately. Clear scientific communication is essential because the work involves explaining complex concepts in accessible language and providing structured feedback.
Familiarity with global guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices in drug therapy and safety is helpful for evaluating content in a broader real-world context.
Advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent in a pharmacology-related field
Experience in clinical, molecular, or systems pharmacology
Experience authoring, reviewing, or teaching pharmacology content in academic, clinical, or industry settings
Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills
Ability to explain complex scientific ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to evaluate drug interactions, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics accurately
Comfort providing structured feedback on AI-generated pharmacology answers
Prior AI or data annotation experience is a plus, not a requirement
