The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting US-based contractors for a personalized AI response evaluation project. You will review responses generated from prompts that retrieve context across connected Google applications, helping assess how well AI systems understand and use personal and professional information.
This is an entry-level opportunity for a careful, analytical communicator. Previous AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance experience is helpful but not required.

What You'll Do
You will assess personalized AI responses against project guidelines and provide clear, structured feedback. Your evaluations will focus on whether responses use retrieved context correctly and deliver a strong user experience.
The work involves handling potentially personal or professional information. You must follow all confidentiality and data privacy requirements and grant the app integration permissions needed to complete retrieval-focused evaluations.
Evaluate responses for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and personalization
Check whether retrieved context is used appropriately
Identify incorrect personalization and unsupported assumptions
Spot subtle inconsistencies and irrelevant recommendations
Compare multiple responses and select the stronger user experience
Write structured feedback that supports model improvements
Apply detailed quality, privacy, and confidentiality guidelines consistently
Requirements
You must be currently based in the United States and able to work independently as a remote contractor. You should actively use supported Google Workspace or consumer applications and have enough account history to support retrieval-based evaluations.
Strong analytical judgment when evaluating AI responses
Excellent attention to detail
Clear written communication and ability to explain decisions
Familiarity with professional email or productivity-app contexts
Ability to identify unsupported assumptions, inconsistencies, and irrelevant content
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
