About AI Response Evaluation
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors review and improve model outputs by judging responses, identifying errors, and providing structured feedback. The Personal Account Rater Role
As a Personal Account Rater, you will assess how effectively an AI system uses business email history and business account activity to generate relevant, personalized, and helpful responses for professional users. You will compare multiple outputs, identify unsupported assumptions and irrelevant recommendations, and explain your judgments clearly.
This is remote contractor work with an expected commitment of at least 4 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week, and 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time. The structured time requirement is 20 or more hours per week.

What You’ll Do
You will apply project guidelines consistently while reviewing sensitive professional communication data. Careful judgment, detailed written explanations, and respect for privacy are essential to producing evaluations that support model improvement.
Evaluate AI-generated responses using professional email history and business account activity
Judge whether responses are relevant, accurate, helpful, and appropriately personalized
Compare multiple AI outputs and select the better overall user experience
Identify incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, and irrelevant recommendations
Write clear, detailed evaluation feedback for model improvement
Follow project guidelines to keep evaluations consistent, accurate, and high quality
Protect data privacy and follow confidentiality requirements throughout the work
Requirements
You must have native-level proficiency in one of the target project languages and be able to provide clear, structured evaluation feedback. The work requires access to an active professional Google Workspace account that meets the project conditions below.
Native-level proficiency in German, Japanese, Korean, French, or English
An active Google Workspace account used regularly for professional communication
Gmail display language set to the target project language
A business inbox with approximately 1,000 or more emails and regular activity
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Clear written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
A desktop or laptop with reliable internet access
