About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. Specialists review examples, evaluate model responses, and establish quality standards that help AI systems become more accurate, useful, and reliable.
This role brings advanced nutrition and culinary expertise into that process. You will assess AI-generated tools and outputs against professional judgment, nutrition calculations, recipe mathematics, operational requirements, and structured quality benchmarks.
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Nutrition and Culinary AI Evaluation Expert to help fine-tune large language models with nutrition, dietetics, culinary operations, and menu-engineering logic. The work combines professional food and nutrition judgment with deterministic spreadsheet logic and structured quality review.
This is a worldwide, remote contractor opportunity conducted in English, with a part-time commitment of 20 or more hours per week.
