The Role
As a Nurse Practitioner Clinical AI Reviewer, you will evaluate AI-generated clinical responses and create expert healthcare content. You will assess reasoning quality, verify clinical accuracy and safety, and provide precise written feedback.
The work covers differential diagnosis, test interpretation, prescribing and medication management within scope, care pathway selection, and escalation of red-flag situations. You will also rate and compare multiple model responses for correctness, clarity, and patient-safety implications.

What You'll Do
You will apply advanced clinical reasoning and concise documentation skills to help distinguish reliable AI output from responses that could mislead or harm patients. Your reviews should be clear, evidence-aware, internally consistent, and appropriate to the clinical setting described.
Review AI-generated clinical answers for accuracy, safety, clarity, and adherence to the prompt.
Identify problems in advanced assessment, diagnosis, differential thinking, test ordering and interpretation, and escalation decisions.
Create detailed prompts and gold-standard answers for assessment, diagnosis, management, patient education, and documentation.
Evaluate outputs for unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications, inappropriate tests or therapies, and bias.
Write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct clinical reasoning.
Compare multiple responses and rank the safer, more correct answer.
Requirements
This role requires advanced practice nursing expertise and the ability to make careful, safety-focused judgments. You should be comfortable explaining why a clinical answer is correct, incomplete, unsafe, or inappropriate for its setting.
NP, APRN, or equivalent advanced practice nursing qualification.
Active licensure or registration, or eligibility, in at least one jurisdiction.
Strong advanced clinical reasoning across differential diagnosis, triage, red-flag recognition, and escalation.
Strong medication safety judgment within scope, including contraindications, interactions, and monitoring plans.
Minimum C1 English proficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong clinical documentation skills and concise rationale writing.
Experience reviewing AI-generated clinical answers or healthcare content.
Helpful Clinical Background
Experience in one or more of the following advanced practice areas can help you evaluate clinical responses across different scenarios. You should also be comfortable assessing internal consistency, guideline alignment, setting appropriateness, and patient-safety implications.
Family, Adult-Gerontology, Acute Care, Pediatric, Psychiatric-Mental Health, Women's Health, or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
