The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Norwegian law expert to write original multiple-choice questions for an AI evaluation dataset. You will draw on your own professional expertise to create exam-style questions, provide ten answer options for each question, and write a worked solution.

This is a remote, part-time contractor role requiring 20 or more hours per week. The hourly pay range is $48.51 to $59.29 USD.

What You'll Do

You will create accurate, challenging, and well-explained legal content for use in AI evaluation. Each question should reflect the depth and precision expected from someone with professional knowledge of Norwegian law.

Requirements

Applicants should have formal legal education and strong Norwegian language ability. The role requires knowledge of Norwegian law, and practising experience is preferred.

• Law degree or Norwegian equivalent
• Ideally, 2 or more years of practising experience in Norwegian law
• Educated or based in Norway
• Native-level Norwegian proficiency
• Ability to commit to 20+ hours per week

Helpful Background

Experience translating legal knowledge into structured assessments can be useful for this work. Familiarity with AI evaluation datasets is also helpful, though the central requirement is the ability to produce original, legally accurate Norwegian content.
