The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a NetBeans Software Workflow AI Trainer to create realistic computer-based tasks using NetBeans and related Java software development workflows. You will prepare projects and dependencies, explain task context, record the workflow, and review each submission for completeness, clarity, realism, and reproducibility.
The work may involve Java project setup, JDK configuration, code navigation, debugging, project imports, Maven or Gradle workflows, GUI builders, testing, plugin use, and build or runtime troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do
You will design challenging tasks that reflect practical software development work and make each workflow understandable to another person. Before recording, you will prepare the workspace, project files, JDK, dependencies, and references needed to complete the task.
You will also document the task goal, prerequisites, steps, expected outcomes, project files, and relevant notes. Recordings should clearly show important workflow states, and final submissions must align with project guidelines.
