👥 200 people (100 pairs / groups)
📈 Balanced age groups:
18-30: 80+ (>40%)
31-45: 60+ (>30%)
46+: 20+ (≥10%)
⚖️ Gender: ~1:1 (men/women, ±5% flex)

🔹 What you’ll do
Pair up → record natural dialogues based on 6 real-life topics:
🏦 Banking | 📞 Telecom | 🏥 Insurance | 🏨 Hospital | ✈️ Travel | 🛍️ Retail

Each topic: 20min recording
🎙️ Total per pair: >2.3 hours

🔹 Recording rules
✅ No background noise
✅ Clear speech, natural flow
✅ No stuttering, no long pauses
✅ Each person recorded separately (single-side recording)
✅ Use Zoom for conversation + phone (44.1kHz, 16bit) to record ONLY your own voice
✅ Headset required (so phone doesn’t record the other person)

Can act as a “friendly & professional agent” in role-play
Have stable internet + phone + headset

🔹 Quality check
Recording must be:
✔️ Natural & smooth
✔️ Matches topic & duration requirements
✔️ Agent role performed professionally
