OpenTrain is recruiting a Medical AI Response Evaluator to assess AI-generated medical responses and create expert healthcare content when needed. You will judge clinical reasoning quality, factual reliability, prompt adherence, clarity, and patient safety across medical problem-solving scenarios.
This intermediate-level contractor role is part-time and requires at least 20 hours per week. The rate is $90 USD per hour. The position is available to qualified contractors in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.

What You'll Do
You will evaluate medical responses in detail and provide precise written feedback. Your work will help train and validate medical AI systems by demonstrating what accurate, safe, and well-reasoned clinical answers look like.
Review AI-generated medical responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt
Fact-check medical claims and identify unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications, and timeline errors
Write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct medical reasoning
Compare multiple answers and rank them by correctness, reasoning quality, and patient safety
Contribute expert healthcare content for training and validating medical AI systems
Requirements
Candidates should bring a medical, nursing, public health, health sciences, or allied health background, along with strong written English. The role requires confident clinical judgment and close attention to detail when evaluating complex medical content.
Strong grounding in epidemiology, clinical medicine, healthcare systems, and patient care
Confident clinical reasoning across outpatient, emergency, and inpatient scenarios
Strong understanding of disease processes, medical terminology, and public-health principles
Exceptional attention to detail when fact-checking medical content
Ability to evaluate medical explanations for accuracy and internal consistency
Ability to identify contraindications and make patient-safety judgments
C1-level English proficiency or stronger
Preferred Experience and Working Style
Prior experience with AI data training, clinical documentation review, utilization review, healthcare editorial quality assurance, or medical writing is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable explaining clinical decisions clearly and working independently in an hourly remote contractor workflow.
