About This Role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a contractor to produce and review marketing documents in French that will support AI training and content evaluation. This part-time contract requires 20+ hours per week and pays $55 per hour.
You will work remotely, collaborating with a project team to create, refine, and evaluate marketing collateral in French while ensuring clarity, brand voice consistency, and accuracy across documents and presentations.
What You'll Do
- Create, review, and refine marketing documents written in French.
- Develop, edit, and organize polished PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based materials.
- Ensure content is clear, accurate, and consistent across French and English materials.
- Work with the project team to identify marketing material needs and gather supporting information.
- Provide expert feedback on marketing terminology, document structure, and best practices.
- Share written and verbal feedback used to train AI systems on high-quality marketing content.
Requirements
You must be a native-level French speaker with strong written and verbal communication in French and working proficiency in English.
- Native-level French proficiency; strong written and verbal communication in French.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience producing or managing marketing documents.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating, editing, and evaluating marketing collateral.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice across document types.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contractor role.
Helpful Background
- Direct experience with or for Fortune 500 organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-based projects or an interest in AI-driven content development.
- Based in the US or familiarity with US-based marketing practices is a plus.
