The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Malay Language LLM Evaluation Analyst to support the evaluation and improvement of large language models. You will combine Malay-language capability and strong English comprehension with research, analytical question answering, structured reasoning, and precise written feedback.

This is a remote contractor assignment for an individual freelancer. The engagement is part-time with a time requirement of 20 or more hours per week and is suitable for an entry-level contributor with strong analytical and communication abilities.

What You'll Do

You will assess content and model outputs for clarity, accuracy, logical structure, and reasoning quality. Assignments may include breaking large materials into logical blocks, validating claims through online research, solving structured puzzles, and creating scenarios that reveal weaknesses in model reasoning.

You will also review examples involving sales trends, time periods, variability, and rule-based sequencing. Your work will include producing correct answers, explaining your reasoning, and writing constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
