You will develop, test, and improve machine learning models for AI training projects. The work combines Python engineering, data analysis, experimentation, technical documentation, and recommendations based on model results.
- Design, develop, and refine machine learning models using Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Analyze large datasets and use MongoDB to store, manage, and retrieve data for training and validation.
- Build data pipelines and preprocessing workflows that support model training and inference.
- Evaluate models, tune hyperparameters, and benchmark results using suitable performance measures.
- Work with other contributors to find areas for improvement and implement reliable solutions.
- Document methods, experiments, results, and technical recommendations so the work can be repeated and reviewed.
- Provide data-based insights and recommendations from machine learning results.
What It Pays and Takes
The work requires strong practical machine learning skills, clear technical communication, and the ability to adapt as project requirements change.
- Pay: $80 to $140 per hour.
- Work arrangement: Remote contractor opportunity with part-time employment terms.
- Location: Open to candidates in the countries specified for this role across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
- Language: Professional fluency in English.
- Required technical skills: Python, machine learning frameworks, MongoDB, model evaluation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
- Required experience: A record of delivering machine learning solutions in practical settings and strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Clear written documentation and communication of technical findings and best practices.
