The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Krita Digital Art AI Training Specialist to create realistic computer-based tasks focused on digital art software workflows. You will prepare files and resources, demonstrate complete workflows in Krita, document the context and steps, and record your work clearly.
Your submissions should make each workflow understandable, reproducible, and aligned with project guidelines. The work may involve digital painting, illustration, sketching, concept art, image editing, and raster-art design.
Create realistic and challenging Krita tasks
Prepare files, assets, brush presets, references, and other required resources
Record complete computer-based workflows
Document task goals, steps, settings, files, and supporting context
What You’ll Do
You will demonstrate practical use of Krita tools and settings while producing clear recordings and documentation. Each submission should show a reliable work environment and an accurate representation of the intended task.
Before submitting, you will review recordings, files, settings, and outputs to confirm that the work is complete, clear, realistic, and accurate.
Use layers, brushes, masks, selections, and blending modes
Work with color tools, canvas settings, reference images, and export workflows
Set up and manage image files and other task resources
Explain the intended workflow in clear written English
Check recordings and documentation for completeness and accuracy
Follow detailed project instructions and submission guidelines
Requirements
You should have hands-on Krita experience and a strong understanding of raster-art tools and settings. The role requires careful preparation, clear documentation, and the ability to produce realistic, challenging, and reproducible tasks.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required for interpreting instructions and documenting task context. Experience in digital art, illustration, graphic design, animation, education, content creation, or other computer-based workflows is welcome.
Hands-on experience with Krita
Experience with digital painting, illustration, image editing, layers, brushes, masks, and export workflows
Strong understanding of selections, blending modes, stabilizers, canvas configuration, and reference materials
Ability to create and explain reproducible Krita tasks
Ability to produce clear screen recordings and review files, settings, and outputs
Strong attention to detail and self-direction
B2-level or higher written English
Ability to follow detailed instructions reliably
