OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. It helps people start and grow freelance careers teaching AI by consolidating opportunities, building a unified portfolio, and enabling fast, easy applications.

Working through OpenTrain puts you on the human side of AI development — contributors directly shape how models behave by providing the real-world examples and feedback that modern AI systems learn from.

About AI training and this work

AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback) is the human work that teaches models to understand language, follow instructions, and produce useful outputs. For marketing-focused projects, contributors supply real marketing content, review model outputs, and rate or refine examples so models learn culturally accurate, professional responses.

This role focuses on Korean-language marketing materials: documents, presentations, and spreadsheets that help models learn how real marketers write, organize, and critique content.
