About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human side of building artificial intelligence: people prepare, correct, and rate examples—like transcriptions and recordings—that models learn from. These projects are often fully remote, flexible, and accessible to contributors with strong language skills and attention to detail.
- You’ll work on real speech data that helps improve Japanese speech recognition and conversational AI.
- Most tasks are flexible and can be done from a quiet home workspace with a laptop microphone.
