The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting an International Arbitration AI Legal Reviewer for a blinded human-preference study. You will review a synthetic legal matter and its underlying documents, then evaluate six AI-generated legal deliverables labeled A through F against a common comparator output.
The work requires substantive expertise in international arbitration or disputes, including award enforcement, cross-border disputes, or emergency interim relief. You will assess each work product holistically for correctness, completeness, legal judgment, practical usefulness, and reliability.

What You’ll Do
You will read the synthetic matter and source documents, follow the written study instructions, and make five head-to-head comparisons against the common comparator output. For each comparison, select the preferred work product and provide a short, specific rationale explaining your decision.
All project materials are synthetically generated. You must protect their confidentiality and may not use external AI tools on project content.

This role is intended for a qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in international arbitration or disputes. You should be comfortable assessing legal work product beyond surface-level accuracy and explaining how well it addresses the matter in a practical, reliable way.
