HR and People Operations AI Evaluation Specialist

You will help evaluate and improve AI-generated tools for HR and People Operations. The work focuses on hiring, headcount, compensation, leave, onboarding, and related operational workflows.

You will translate real HR practices into clear spreadsheet logic, validation rules, and review standards. You will also check whether deliverables reflect accurate People Operations processes.

• Define discovery rules for requisitions, headcount, compensation, and leave.
• Set rules for PTO accrual and carryover caps, exempt and non-exempt classifications, and compensation-band midpoints.
• Co-design interview workflows and validate organization charts, requisition lists, and PTO ledgers.
• Check pipeline stages, leave-accrual formulas, KPI definitions, and validation dropdowns.
• Review headcount planners, hiring kanbans, and timesheet trackers.
• Conduct peer reviews and approve work when it matches real-world People Operations practices.

• Workload: 20 or more hours per week.
• Schedule: Eight hours of overlap with Pacific Time and weekend on-call availability.
• Location: Open worldwide.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Experience: The role is marked entry level and requires at least five years in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or an HR Business Partner role.
• Required knowledge: Applicant tracking systems, headcount planning, compensation bands, PTO or leave accrual rules, and organizational structures.
• Required skills: Convert HR policies into spreadsheet formulas, KPI definitions, and data-validation rules; write concise professional content; and review or calibrate work against professional standards.
• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Equipment: A reliable desktop or laptop and high-speed internet connection.
• Helpful background: AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or experience building and validating HR workflows, spreadsheets, or operational trackers.
