Why AI training work matters
Human-labeled speech and transcription data are essential for teaching modern AI how people speak and understand language. Contributors directly shape how voice assistants, transcription tools, and language models handle nuance, accents, and real-world speech.
This type of work is often remote and flexible, accessible without prior AI experience, and a practical way to gain experience in language technology and data workflows.

We are hiring native Hindi speakers for a part-time contractor role focused on collecting, transcribing, and annotating Hindi audio to train speech and language models. You will follow structured guidelines to produce high-quality, consistent datasets and provide feedback on workflows.
