About AI training (data labeling) work
AI training — also called data labeling or annotation — is the human side of building AI systems. Contributors prepare, correct, and tag examples (audio, text, images) that modern models learn from, making this a fast-growing and accessible way to work in tech.
- Mostly remote and flexible: many projects let you set hours and workload.
- Accessible entry paths: language fluency and attention to detail are often enough to start.
- Work directly shapes how real-world AI systems interpret language and audio.
