The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Hindi AI Personalization Quality Analyst to evaluate a new AI personalization feature. You will test whether the model appropriately uses personal information in conversations, assess response quality, compare alternative outputs, and document your reasoning in clear written evaluations.

This is a contractor, part-time role available worldwide. The position pays $15 per hour and requires 20+ hours per week, with full-time availability and four hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

What You'll Do

You will conduct structured, multi-turn evaluations and verify that the model uses the appropriate information source. Your reviews should be specific, consistent, and grounded in the conversation turns being assessed.

• Design and execute creative conversational prompts spanning one to five turns.
• Test how the model uses personal information for personalization.
• Evaluate responses for grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Stack-rank two model responses side by side to determine overall quality.
• Write clear rationales that reference specific conversation turns.
• Extract and verify debug information to confirm proper data source utilization.
• Delete evaluation conversations to maintain data hygiene.

Requirements

This entry-level opportunity requires strong Hindi reading and writing ability, analytical judgment, and excellent written communication. You should be comfortable creating prompts and explaining why one AI response is stronger than another.

• High-level Hindi proficiency in reading and writing.
