The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Government AI Work Product Evaluator to assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks through the lens of government and public administration expertise. You will judge whether each work product is accurate, rigorous, well-presented, and aligned with domain-specific quality standards.
The assignment involves applying quality rubrics consistently across different office productivity artifacts and explaining your evaluations through clear, structured written feedback.

Grade work products using government and public administration standards
What You'll Do
You will review generated work products and identify both substantive and presentation-related issues. Your feedback should clearly explain the judgment, identify errors, and highlight practical areas for improvement.
The work requires consistent application of subject-matter standards across multiple artifact types, including formal documents, analytical spreadsheets, and presentation materials.
Apply quality rubrics grounded in government and public administration
Identify factual errors and issues with structure or organization
Review visual and presentation effectiveness in slides and other materials
Provide detailed written feedback in English
Maintain consistent evaluation standards across assignments
Requirements
This role requires at least five years of relevant professional experience in government or public administration. You should be able to assess factual quality, presentation effectiveness, and domain-specific rigor in AI-generated work products.
Native or professional English fluency is required, along with the ability to express detailed judgments clearly in writing. High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is also necessary, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint.
At least five years of relevant government or public administration experience
Native or professional fluency in English
