- Flexible work that can fit around other commitments
- Direct involvement in cutting-edge AI development
- Many projects value practical tool knowledge and attention to detail over prior AI experience
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Google Slides AI Training Specialist to support AI training work focused on presentation workflows. You will create realistic tasks, prepare presentation files and settings, record computer-based workflows, and document the context and steps clearly.
The work may involve slide decks, layouts, themes, images, charts, diagrams, speaker notes, transitions, branded templates, collaboration, and export workflows. Prior AI training experience is not required; strong real-world Google Slides knowledge is the key qualification.
- Contract, part-time role
- 20+ hours per week
- Pay of up to $15 per hour
- Open to workers in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan
- Strong written English at B2 level or higher is required
What You'll Do
You will design and execute presentation tasks that reflect realistic business, education, sales, marketing, administration, training, and presentation design use cases. Before recording, you will organize the required files, assets, references, access, and sharing settings.
During each workflow, you will use Google Slides features where appropriate, produce a complete screen recording, and document the task goals, files, assets, steps, and relevant notes. You will then review the recording and documentation for realism, clarity, completeness, and alignment with project guidelines.

- Prepare files, images, charts, templates, permissions, and sharing settings
- Use layouts, themes, formatting, images, shapes, charts, and diagrams

Requirements
You should have hands-on experience creating or managing Google Slides presentations, including business or educational decks, templates, visual communication, collaboration, or reporting workflows. Careful judgment about slide quality and consistency is important.
You must be comfortable using computers, browser-based tools, Google Drive, file transfers, permissions, and screen-recording workflows. The role also requires reliable independent work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions consistently.
